Whether it’s hand tools, power tools or measuring devices, when it comes to retrofitting objects with Squids Tool Tails for lanyard tethering, use Squids 3755 Self-Adhering Tool Traps to properly complete a secure connection. These ultra-durable, fiberglass-reinforced, silicone-rubber traps not only provide a more secure, more reliable attachment point when retrofitting objects for tool-lanyard tethering, but they’re also ideal for enhancing the gripping surface on those retrofitted objects. Adhesive-free design delivers mess-free application and removal, while also ensuring rock-solid performance in both oppressively hot summer and bone-chillingly cold winter working environments. Compatible with most Squids Tool Tails and Tool Lanyards (Tool Tails and Lanyards sold separately). Maximum safe working capacity of up to 15 lb (depending on the trap length, tail type, lanyard design and tool selected—refer to the product’s included instructions for more details). No heat source required for proper Self-Adhering Tool Trap application. For those working at heights, it’s essential to tether your tools, and these tool traps can easily be used by any worker to help avoid accidentally dropping objects that could cause extensive property damage and serious, potentially deadly injuries.
